I look after 5 stores, and 5 managers.I also help with all other employees when questions arise.I help with day to day operations.I look over timesheets and payroll to get submitted to HR every week.I look over inventory and orders each week, to make sure they are submitted on time.I run product from store to store when needed.I work closely with training and developing team members at all the stores.I communicate with my director and owner of the company when needed.I communicate with maintenance when needed for the stores.

I grade GMO soybeans, Non-GMO soybeans, and sometimes I’ve graded corn.We take truck driver information, probe their trucks, grade the soybeans, and then we put the information in the system on a computer.Everyone takes turns dumping the beans we collect and grade down the shoot.I am certified in grading soybeans.At Non-GMO site we do the same process for grading regular GMO soybeans, the difference at this plant is we have to run a series of test to make sure they are qualified Non-GMO beans.I also just recently got my certification for doing Non-GMO soybean testing.We do fill out our own time sheets, we don’t have a time clock.If you are closing shift it is yours and the person you are working with to clean the probe shack.During the opening shift you are in charge of doing a quality control check of all machines before use.
