- Projects Management- Ensure order quality, cooperate with factory for quality control - Supplier Quality Control and Improvement- New Supplier Development - Working with UK team facilitating new project enquirers- Sustaining the development for the benefit of the global business growth

• Manage sales account with Euro Client• Handle any western client for factory visit, company introduction, plant view and meeting organization • Oversee Painting Factory daily operation of production line, purchasing, and the materials control / planning department of the factory make sure on time schedule• Manage materials and inventory planning for capacity for seasonal cycle, provide forecast demand and supply schedule on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring that resource planning is meeting the lean production strategic objective• Implement and review company employment procedure and policy in compliance with PRC labour Law, ensuring the company meets its objective in relation of maintaining immaculate level of health and safety and for disclosure requirements.• Leading the company Successful to certificate Wal-mart factory audit and ICTI certificate • Co-operate with company accountant to provide the monthly report base on order, On hand order, shipment, inventories, GP ratio to perform General Manager monthly meeting and identity factory issues.

- Manage and operation sales account for Euro and US Client- Business development with new customer - Responsible for new Project start-up, handle the product design, development, pricing, order processing & enquiry follow-up- Ensure coordination of activities and information exchange within factory and to customers, main contact window between customer in Europe and factory in China- Make well communication and bridging information to various parties. - Well command of inspection and Q.C requirement.- Experience to handle different situation and willing to cooperate with different party to sort the problem- Cost reduction for the some old product, to perform new production way to save the production cost

- Business development with new customer - Public relations and sale marketing with global clients- Development new product from mold, pilot stage till finish product, make suggestion to new process and identify key attributes for process development by adding value to the customers. Reduce the issues on mass production stage- Responsible for new Project start-up, handle the product design, development, pricing, order processing & enquiry follow-up- Lead the whole procedure from BOM/Component Quotation, Prototype Build, Mass Production- Well command of inspection and Q.C requirement.- Project budget management and control, Making sure the project is profitable, and coordinate with internal team to ensure the project is going well- Ensure coordination of activities and information exchange within factory and to customers, main contact window between customer in Europe and factory in China- Taking care of customers, build and keep the good relationship with existing customer, also develop potential/new customers
