I am a driven, hardworking and passionate individual with a vast array of experience. I have strong Management skills that help me maintain relationships, create a positive environment and find solutions to issues within my area of expertise. My ultimate goal is to advance my career by being the best person and employee I can be in my field as well as working at the highest level while achieving all and any challenges that may come to light. Currently I have a combined experience of 4 years of Paid Family Leave (PFL), Family Medical Leave (FMLA), and Americans with disabilities act (ADA) leave management. With the every growing leave plans state to state, I am constantly expanding my knowledge and keeping up to date with entitlement, payments, and changes when the are made.
