Senior Client Services Associate - Team Lead
Current- Interface with clients, sales reps, & the utility company to discuss why accounts are not being supplied by the contracted supplier with a focus on educating clients of said problems & highlighting aproposed solution.
- Retain accurate records within the Albireo Energy Database to identify dropped or enrolled accounts, date of drop or enrollment, & record of path to resolution. May require generation of updated Albireo Energy.
- Utilize ticketing software for communications with clients, sales reps, & suppliers to provide transparency of solutions & to record impacts on annualize Albireo revenue.
- Audit customer records for accuracy of services provided. Update Albireo database where appropriate.
- Contact the utility company on behalf of the client to activate or deactivate utility services as authorized through service contracts.
- Interface with clients through inbound or outbound efforts via phone & email to ensure the value of products & services provided are understood by the client & are accurately meeting their needs.
