⦁ Serves as Mission Manager ensuring team effectiveness and QC standards. Also responsible for making sure customer requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.⦁ Processes and analyzes Near-Real-Time (NRT) Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI) Radar Intelligence as well as Full Motion Video (FMV).⦁ Performs All-Source analysis while developing and integrating enhanced ISR assets to provide actionable intelligence to support ground operations. ⦁ Provides analytical support and supervised the accumulation, analysis, exploitation and creation of advanced collective intelligence targeting packages.⦁ Responsible for creating a wide variety of all-source products (i.e. route analysis, threat assessments, enemy trends and tactics) enabling the Supported Unit to readily engage targets.⦁ Responsible for the mission readiness and training of all personnel assigned to the team.⦁ Produces extensive GEOINT focused products customized to meet in-theater intelligence requirements and requests.⦁ Creates and disseminates collection plans following Supported Unit requests for the successful completion of MTI missions.
