As the Ronald McDonald House Charities West Michigan Relationship & Development Coordinator, my goal is to cultivate new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships, with a focus on McDonald's collaborations, to support fundraising initiatives. This work directly impact families by providing care, comfort, and free accommodations, that enable them to focus on their child's health.

As the Manager of Corporate Partnerships and Fundraising events, I played a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding corporate partner relationships and corporate giving, managing a portfolio of 55-75 key relationships. With meticulous attention to detail, I've maintained accurate records for donors, members, and prospects, enabling targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts. Additionally, I've spearheaded the successful management of six-figure net fundraising events, overseeing committee and volunteer management, prospecting, and event logistics, while also serving as a liaison to esteemed boards and committees within the organization.

In my previous role, I coordinated two signature fundraising events annually, overseeing the Gala Host Committee and signature event committees, as well as coordinating volunteers, prospecting efforts, and event logistics. Additionally, I orchestrated over 20 cultivation events annually, strategically designed to nurture and fortify relationships with donors and prospects.

Led a dedicated team of 18 to 25 part-time associates, overseeing all aspects of their recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management. Effectively managed associate schedules, optimizing staffing levels to meet operational demands and deliver exceptional service.

As a gallery attendant, my responsibilities included supervising guest experiences, ensuring safety and security, and providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance to visitors.
