I’ve been an elementary Teacher for the past eight years in Mobile County, Alabama, where we say “ya’ll”, “bless your heart”, and “Roll Tide”! When I am not in the classroom, I am working in our family business - A Real Estate and vacation rental property management office conveniently located right on the Gulf of Mexico. I have throughly enjoyed both of these positions and have taken away skills that I will forever be thankful for, y’all. However, these roles don’t define me as a person. When I am not working, I enjoy doing crossword puzzles, listening to business podcasts, and dreaming about new ventures. I am curious, I am an old soul, I am reliable, and I am creative. I am adaptive, motivated, and interpersonal. I take pride in making a difference. I am the person you are proud to hire. I am a single mom of two girls and naturally I am their role model. What I do, they want to do. They make me a better person and motivate me to be my best every day. They keep me dreaming for more! Therefore, I continue to strive for more. After having a tumultuous year in my personal life, I realized that my time in the classroom is at a plateau. For many reasons, which I would love to share, I continue to explore various skill sets in order to find a new and exciting career for myself - one that allows me to evolve and continue my journey as a successful, educated woman.
