- Mentor a classroom of 20+ freshman college students (Honors students and General Education students) as they transition into the college environment and acclimate to Ramapo as a whole.- Collaborate with the Professor and my co-peer to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment through various team building exercises. - Respond to 20+ weekly journal responses from students answering their questions and concerns or problems they may have in a timely manner.

- Previously Vice President from January 2022 to December 2022- Directed a team of 4 fellow executive board members, and approximately 100 members, to foster a community of fellow teacher education students at Ramapo College.- Developed and created the agenda in collaboration with the fellow executive board members for all meetings and events hosted by FTAR.- Hosted our annual "Thank A Professor" event in March 2024, with over 100 students in participation. We delivered teacher appreciation cards to about 125 professors and staff members across the Ramapo campus.- Organized and led 7 different high impact events such as "Thank A Professor", "Donut Stress" and "Praxis Core Study Sessions", drawing several new members in. Coordinated the organization, marketing, and logistics to execute numerous successful events.- Facilitate all club meetings and events through leading discussions and activities.-Create and maintain a positive club environment where all members feel included and valued.

- Instruct 5+ new employees in efficient and effective serving skills and knowledge by demonstrating proper use of restaurant tablets, and practicing re-setting tables.- Acquire 30+ comment cards, with words of encouragement from residents attending Fireside restaurant in a 6-month period.- Represent Fireside Restaurant in an event with prospective residents, and illustrated dining knowledge, encouraging 250+ new residents to live at Cedar Crest.- Collaborate with 7 new employees across 5 different departments throughout the Cedar Crest community to help deliver packages and food to residents from, May through July 2020.- Navigate creating staff assignments, by designating 12, sections of tables for various employees, and any other assignment needing to be filled. Ultimately staff members will be responsible for assigned sections during shift hours.

Observed 21 hours in a fifth and sixth grade ELA classroom shadowing a teacher. Spent time with students in small groups to develop reading comprehension skills, as well as writing skills. Helped students in pairs to help annotate and develop their writing to best prepare for State Testing.

Observed 24 hours with Life Skill Students. Conducted several activities with the students such as making a "Friendship Tree" to learn about friendship, and going on several scavenger hunts to learn a variety of lessons such as on animals, landmarks, and how/why leaves change colors. Learned more on making lessons engaging though academically rigorous and about navigating behavior management.

Observed 22 hours in a second grade classroom shadowing a teacher. Spent time with students in several small groups, in centers, and individually on reading and math skills. Students in small reading groups read and worked on comprehension of reading, and in math worked on building proficiency in various math skills. Conducted an activity with the students to help develop their vocabulary and spelling skills, students then shared their work with the class.

As a Note Taker, I maintained perfect attendance for the class I took notes for, and wrote clear and distinct notes on class materials for the student. I later re-typed the notes to maintain clarity and understanding using Google Suites to later be uploaded for the students view.

Observed 20 hours in a third grade classroom shadowing a teacher. Spent time with students in small groups and individually on math skills such as memorizing multiplication facts, and understanding areas and perimeters. Similarly, worked with students in small groups on science skills such as helping with experiments on weather and climate change.
