I was the first point of introduction for new members joining or visiting the BNI chapter that welcomes business owners to learn new skills and make referrals to grow their business. I was tasked with ensuring a welcoming and positive experience as new clients entered the premises and guide them to the appropriate sign-in forms and introduce them to relevant referral connections. I was also tasked with answering any questions post-meeting, then following up to guage interest in joining the chapter.
