● Managing a team of 3 to make sure the asset is listed with the correct disclosures in a timely manner● Review all appraisals for Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and Southern Texas to insure the integrity of comps and researched data provided by appraiser is in compliance with FNMA and guidelines mandated by the client. ● Provided due diligence on residential appraisal reports and BPO’S to insure that standard policies and procedures are being maintained and that all mandated information is in place to successfully market the property to investors and end users throughout the country.● Closely managing Real Estate agents to make sure correct procedures are being followed and asset is adequately maintained.● Making sure personal property guidelines are followed, ensuring the property gets on the market as quickly as possible.● Analyzing the BPO and the appraisal to make sure the asset is listed at the right price to maximize profit for HUD
