Sales/Marketing Counselor for seniors and their families during their discovery process to move into a senior living community. Create dynamic and successful marketing plans that attract leads to turn them into residents of the community through the use of professional selling skills. I build customer focused relationships by advancing the lead through the sales process and gaining customer commitment. By conducting weekly strategy and advisory meetings among all directors, weekly sales results are submitted and tract and kept accurately in our CRM. Further tasks include developing marketing strategies among the senior care market, driving revenue to meet monthly sales goals, external business development through gaining professional referral sources, facilitating the resident move-in process, assisting with financial management, and acting as a leader and and honest professional representing the DVTP Community.

Responsible for a variety of sales and marketing duties to contribute to the achievement of revenue objectives of the company. In addition I work closely with the Client Care team supporting them in a variety of areas. Primary marketing duties include pursuing new referral sources and enhancing and maintaining relationships with existing referral sources. In addition, I assist the franchise owner in a variety of sales and marketing duties including community involvement and branding opportunities.

-Utilize The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives.-Achieves/exceeds individual and Store sales plans-Spends a majority of time on the sales floor.-Ats as an ambassador for the Sunglass Hut brand.-Motivates, coaches and inspires the team to ensure they are the best possible brand ambassadors.-Consistently coaches and develops the team to ensure sales retail excellence.

-Supervise daily participation in activities for 40 residents in the Dementia unit.-Plan and conduct activities that enhance physical and cognitive excersices.-Preform interviews on residents and provide documentation on new and current residents' participation and improvements, utilizing HIPPA.

-Assist chemistry professor by attending all classes and answering students questions and problems during class. -Hold office hours twice a week for students to come get help on homework questions and extra explanations on material they did not understand.
