• Responsible for data integrity in the HRIS system including new hires, benefits, pay changes, terminations, etc. and also maintaining all employee files and HR records in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws. • Oversee the full onboarding process for employees by partnering with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and management to ensure the incoming employees are set up for success at all levels. • Improve upon and create needed policies, procedures, and update the Handbook.• Understand key points of the employee experience in need of improvement and create an action plan.• Work through employee relations concerns with employees and management. • Manage the offboarding process to include, performing exit interviews, collecting exit surveys, and communicating all necessary offboarding information to the manager the employee.
