• Initial point of contact for Homeland Security and National Security/Emergency Preparedness (NS/EP) matters that concern FCC.
• Conduct extensive analysis of reported incidents, identify the impact of operation to the FCC and develop alternative approaches to address issues.
• Serve as an expert advisor to the Public Safety Division Chief on NS/EP issues, COMSEC and other incidents affecting FCC.

• Provide domestic situational awareness, information fusion, information sharing, communications and operations coordination pertaining to the prevention of terrorist attacks and domestic incident management.
• Point of Contact between the National Operations Center (NOC) to Federal, State and Local entities.
• Serve as the Telecommunications Subject Matter Expert for all the NOC staff.

• Supervised a team of 4 in the operation of secure and non-secure communications for the President, Vice President, White House Military Office (WHMO), and other Government Agencies.
• Control daily operations of the following systems: IST-1/IST-2, STE, MLP, VoSIP, Avaya G3R, VoIP, UHF, VHF, HF radio systems, Avaya G3 Administrator, AMCOM Call Manager, and Cisco VoIP managing system.
• Trained team members to expertly operate and maintain IST-1/IST-2, STE, MLP, VoSIP, Avaya G3R, VoIP, UHF/VHF/HF radio equipment valued in excess of $2.5Million.
• Organized the purchase and launched the setup of a new knowledge display system for the Secure and Non-Secure switchboard. Video wall enhanced knowledge and productiveness of all visitors and operators.
• Team manager, responsible for mobile LAN and telephonic connectivity via commercial telephone and integrated services digital network lines for the President’s and Vice President’s Travel Missions throughout the United.
• Processed VoIP and other telecom issues using the Remedy trouble ticket systems.
