I was responsible for the recruiting for all of our North American Tire Operations locations which included Findlay, OH; Tupelo and Clarksdale, MS; Texarkana, AR & our various warehouse locations. I helped hiring managers open new job requisitions, set up intake discussions, recruit passive candidates and schedule the onsite interviews. I worked directly with the Sr. HRBP to ensure potential new hires got through our process quickly.

Worked directly with Hiring Managers to go over basic and preferred qualifications and re-word job descriptions and job titles to optimize candidate flow. I resume rated and phone interviewed potential Engineering hires and managed candidate flow through the pipeline process. In addition, I handled the candidate questions and concerns going through the new hire process.
