In this position I was able to work along side our sales team in the capacity of both sales training and a support liaison. The sales training consisted of training on internal systems used to document their sales process and placing their customers orders. Also, training consisted of sales strategy along with a base training of the physical product or platform Brinks had to offer. Working as the support liaison, I would drive a live one-on-one webinars to the potential customer giving all the details of the program and product the sales representative was proposing. Each webinar would be unique to each customer, designed and produced to be tailored to their specific business, comparing their current operating model to the target operating model.

Troubleshoot with customers that are experiencing service difficulties with their safe. Interpret data and transaction from safes to diagnose what issue a customer is experiencing and present a solution to resolve the issue. Review history of safes for customers to determine next step protocol to resolve any problems. Examine past issues and resolutions to provide a quick response to alike issues for a faster way to bring a safe back into operation.
