I sell a variety of high quality jewelry. In some pieces I take vintage / antiqued items and combine them with modern materials. In other pieces everything is new; and to others I create unique pieces using a soldering process. Every piece is made by me personally. I also specialize in customized pieces. I was over auditing and marketing as the Operations Manager. It was my job to ensure that everything worked properly and that the employees succeeded in their jobs. I was later asked to become the Customer Service and Training Manager because the previous manager was not meeting expectations. My new responsibilities included, making sure Customer Service was a main priority and that my associates had the proper training to execute top of the line Customer Service. Within two weeks of being placed in my new assignment I was able to increase customer service scores by 15%.
