I worked as an administrative assistant for the Second Line of Defense Megaports groups, a Department of Energy funded project. Within that group, I assisted in the import, export, and servicing of handheld radiation detection devices. My job was to make sure that the handheld devices were in working order, and the run the shipments smoothly in and out of each designated country. I was also in charge of the inventory within our facility, and assisted in tracking the inventory out in the field. Our group was also responsible for maintaining and storing the training equipment.
