Oversee all grant requirements of Project LASER (Lasell Assault and Abuse Services and Education Response) according to the U.S. Department of Justice Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) Grants to Reduce Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, and Stalking on Campus Program.Develop and implement a multi-faceted three-year strategic plan that fulfills all statutory and program requirements of the grant program including creating a Coordinated Community Response Team with both internal campus departments and external community partners, training all campus law enforcement and disciplinary boards on how to effectively respond to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking (DVSAS), implementing universal and culturally-specific prevention strategies and programs, and establishing 24-hour access to confidential victim services and advocacy.Curate collaborative relationships with and communicate effectively with the campus community, external community partners, and OVW Technical Assistance Providers.Manage a three-year budget of up to $400,000 and maintain detailed documentation of all grant-related spending, award deliverables, and institutional data for submission.

Serve as a trauma-informed Advocate and First Responder for students who have experienced power-based personal violence through Bryant's Advocacy Helpline program. Plan, market, facilitate, and manage educational and social violence prevention programs, and events for the Hochberg Women’s Center, Women’s Leadership Living and Learning Community, and Title IX.Manage annual budgets for the Hochberg Women’s Center and Women’s Leadership Living and Learning Community.Train athletes, incoming first-year students, and other student groups in Title IX, domestic and sexual violence, and being active bystanders.Coordinate and participate in outreach efforts to raise awareness of various resources and programs offered by the PwC Center for Diversity and Inclusion and Hochberg Women's Center through such events as Open House, Orientation, and Welcome Week. Collaborate with campus partners including the Intercultural Center, Pride Center, Alumni Relations, University Advancement, Student Leadership and Involvement, and Student Events & Orientation Programs.

Design and implement simultaneous violence prevention campaigns and events that amplify diverse student and community voices, including The Red Zone, the Clothesline Project, Take Back the Night, White Ribbon Day, and Denim Day. Present to and connect with the student body, faculty, staff, and wider community to increase awareness of interpersonal, intimate partner, domestic, and sexual violence. Develop artistic social media posts and campaigns tailored to various marginalized communities.

Work with students to fulfill their educational needs in English, psychology, criminal justice, and ethics courses. Develop student confidence through attentive instruction in writing and applying positive reinforcement strategies.

Work with Lasell University's Office of Student Activities & Orientation to develop a COVID-19 friendly Orientation. Lead Orientation Leaders through inclusive training. Welcomed incoming students to campus while answering any questions and concerns.

Lead incoming first-year students through the online Orientation program during the COVID-19 pandemic. Communicate clearly and facilitated conversations with new students and families. Role model appropriate academic and social behaviors to incoming first-year students.

Support director on research and community projects. Analyze and compile large sums of information into easily readable Excel sheets. Create innovative design packages and marketing materials to brand careers in aging. Work in a multi-generational organization.
