Currently, I am working as the Lead Resource Management Specialist for Deloitte's Greater Washington (Baltimore, Richmond, and McLean) Audit Practice specializing in deployment of over 300 professionals to engagement teams within our geography and across the country. In addition, I also serve in an operations role for the practice and work with our leaders to make business decisions based upon our goals and metrics. Prior to this, I served in a talent acquisition role at Deloitte as a Senior Campus Recruiting specialist within the Greater Washington practice for three years. In my role, I recruited for all Deloitte service lines (e.g. Advisory, Audit, Tax) on campus and also served as the lead Audit recruiter. Before transitioning into the talent space, I spent my first two years with Deloitte in the Business Risk Advisory Practice where I specialized in internal controls design and implementation and SOX compliance for clients within the financial services, technology, and energy and resources industries. I am a graduate from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business, where I obtained a Bachelors degree in Accounting.
