- Source, screen, and interview potential job candidates for open positions focused in the manufacturing, light technical, semiconductor, and engineering industries- Process multiple open job requisitions at a time- Compile written candidate profile to present to clients- Coordinate with account manager and hiring manager to determine job requirements and best recruiting process for high-volume positions- Extend verbal and written job offers, while coaching candidate through negotiation and acceptance- Generate potential business leads- Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and job stages- Develop and maintain network of both active and passive candidates- Utilize various resources to identify candidates, including internal ATS, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other web platforms

*The LAB is the UT Austin ADV/PR capstone course-- we are a student-run agency working with the non-profit SafeHorns to increase brand awareness* - Responsible for delegating assignments for general content creation, social media copy and blog posts to members of my department- Ensure these assignments reflect the voice, tone and purpose of SafeHorns so it is compatible with their website - Create various email templates for board to send to stakeholders- Generate a content calendar to map out marketing activities

- Published blog posts to provide product insight to prospective customers- Issued press releases for system software and computer product upgrades- Generated social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter- Collaborated in areas of partner relations, copywriting and promotional videos

- Worked to facilitate positive relations with alumnae through chapter events- Coordinated the annual newsletter and wrote letters of appreciation to advisors and alumni who assisted the chapter- Worked with VP Ritual to plan and execute the Hall of Commitment ceremony- Facilitated relations with province alumnae chair- Worked with VP Public Relations to send monthly newsletters to alumnae
