• Support and execute critical HR processes, including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development, and workforce planning• Manage recruitment and selection process for new hire candidates• Conduct new employee orientations and serve as consultant to manage onboarding process• Create and maintain company policies

• Prepare documents, materials, and agendas for executive level meetings • Organize workspaces • Prepare/write proposals and engagement letters for clients• Train clients on the company’s platform• Coordinate and attend conferences and company events• Screen resumes and conduct interviews for new hire candidates• Manage the employee hiring and onboarding process• Manage the President’s email and calendar • Schedule and coordinate all meetings and travel

• Assist analysts with Fair Market Valuations, to include: Preparing reports Preparing engagement letters • Manage documents and data basis• Gather data• Create and maintain SOP's and templates• Assist Manager with scheduling, emails, and phone calls• Perform client office visits• General office duties

• Meet with clients• Coordinate events/weddings with clients and vendors • Create and organize event timelines• Assist bride on day of wedding
