Stepping into the role of Assistant Principal at Fort Worth ISD, my journey has been marked by a steadfast commitment to enhancing educational experiences. With a focus on instructional leadership, I've successfully coached diverse teams, driving data-informed instruction and fostering a positive school culture. Our collective efforts have been instrumental in supporting both novice and veteran educators to optimize student learning outcomes.My expertise in mathematics and ELA, combined with a passion for teacher training, has enabled me to make significant strides in instructional coaching. The culmination of my work was the completion of my doctoral dissertation, which explored the self-efficacy of first-year teachers from alternative certification programs. This research not only honed my analytical skills but also deepened my understanding of the challenges and triumphs within the educational landscape.
