My responsibilities include creating personnel folders, creating Driver Qualification folders that adhere to DOT specifications, preparing job applications, data entry, running background checks, ordering office supplies and uniforms, creating PowerPoint presentations, filing, directing calls, administrative duties (copying, faxing and scanning), collecting I-9 documents, assisting the Recruiting and Human Resources Departments, conference room maintenance and mail distribution.

As an intern I assisted in printing agenda's for council meetings, contacting constituents, updating contact lists, preparing and editing documents, sitting in on meetings and other administrative tasks.

As a project assistant I performed literature searches, filed paperwork, transcribed conference calls, typed and edited documents using Microsoft Excel and Word, created resource manuals, performed outreach at community events and many other administrative tasks.
