As a Human Resources Generalist at Maven Packaging, I am responsible for managing the full cycle of employee benefits, including enrollment, termination, and compliance. I also provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. I also have a previous experience as a Field Operations Manager at Senior Helpers, where I supervised and trained a team of caregivers who provided quality and compassionate care to seniors in their homes. I have a strong background in administration, training and development, and benefits administration, and I am passionate about improving the lives and well-being of both employees and clients. I am currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Calhoun Community College, where I am learning the fundamentals of management, accounting, marketing, and finance. My goal is to leverage my skills and expertise to advance my career in HR and contribute to the success of Maven Packaging.
