My duties included: Ensuring the gym was clean and organized, assissting members in any way I can, assist members on equipment if needed, sign new members up for memberships and explain the rules and a brief overview of the gym, and greet each member with a smiling face. Creating a family-like atmosphere in the gym is very important.

As a purchasing expediter, I worked closely with the purchasing department, floor technicions, as well as our material services department, ensuring items on order were received correctly and in a timely matter. My responsibilities were to follow up on every open purchase order for our location ensuring the "hot" ordered items were on track for their projected delivery date and coordinating with on-site project managers for aircraft delivery date. It is very important to keep in good standing relations with each vendor used as we are one of the top customers for them. This allowed for our orders to be marked as high importance.

As a FBO customer service representative for Duncan Aviation, you are the first face customers see. Responsibilities included greeting customers fresh off their aircraft, arrange for rental cars or shuttle services, and make hotel reservations if needed. I personally was in charge of balancing our fuel inventory every morning, making sure items billed the night before were done so correctly. We worked closely with our line department and the project managers onsite, to ensure the customers needs were met and items requested were ready upon arrival/departure.
