Sourced talent and managed a pipeline of passive candidates across the U.S. to meet bi-yearly hiring goals within Meta's Production Engineering domain. Partnered with Recruiters and Coordinators in order to manage an efficient model of hiring operations and maintain top-tier candidate experience from start to finish. Worked closely with Production Engineering Hiring Managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into Meta's greater Infrastructure organization. Delivered full-cycle recruitment of marketing, advertising and sales professionals within TikTok's Global Business Solutions organization. Partnered with local recruiting teams, hiring managers, stakeholders and HRBPs across the United States, Brazil, China and Europe to understand global hiring needs and meet bi-monthly hiring goals. Sourced active and passive candidates through online channels, job boards, internal databases, social platforms and professional networks. Worked closely with Recruiting Coordinators and Interns on a daily basis to manage the recruitment process, schedule interviews and provide timely interview feedback. Negotiated and closed offers by collecting market data, understanding business requirements and leveraging internal compensation and benefits teams.

Sourced and identified Software Engineering talent across North America by using advanced boolean strings, Google's internal applicant tracking system (ATS) and external sourcing resources (such as LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub). Strategized unique ways to build talent pipelines based on research, referral generation, recruiting events and sourcing campaigns. Brainstormed ways to engage passive senior talent through creative reach outs, role-related intel, hiring manager involvement, networking and cold calling. Consulted with Recruiters and Hiring Managers on a weekly basis to understand hiring needs, position specifications and role specific search requirements. Acted as a subject matter expert across multiple Google product areas and within various Software Engineering domains such as Machine Learning, Infrastructure, Embedded, Mobile, Front End and Backend.

Utilized recruitment tools, such as CareerBuilder, Indeed and LinkedIn to source and recruit candidates and develop talent pipelines. Organized, documented and recorded recruiting activities in Bullhorn ATS to track candidate activity. Developed strong knowledge of various vendor management systems (VMS), such as Fieldglass and IQNavigator, to submit resumes, schedule interviews, confirm work orders and communicate with program managers. Built customer and program manager relationships within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) space to ensure qualified candidate submittals. Metrics included, but were not limited to, quality submittals, starts, successful fill rates and hiring manager/client satisfaction.

Recruited candidates on a contract and contract-to-hire basis for clients seeking professionals in accounting, financial, office administrative and customer service fields. Met weekly metrics by making cold calls and by conducting face-to-face interviews with candidates screened from CareerBuilder, Indeed and LinkedIn. Guided candidates through the beginning steps of the interview process to the stages of accepting a job offer. Communicated with hiring managers and decision makers in regards to candidate progress and feedback.
