• Cofounder and representative on the Freshservice Business Partners team that is responsible for process enhancements across all Business Operations pillars as well as creation and monitoring of KPIs to identify areas of improvement within our workflow management system • Manage the planning, execution, and adoption of various initiatives, including automation of the company’s leave of absence reporting, to standardize processes across the country • Collaborate cross-functionally to generate reports, analyze trends, and scope opportunities for operational efficiency with key stakeholders • Provide ongoing operational support to 250 Consultants regionally from pre-hire onboarding activities to offboarding assistance • Assist back-office departments including HR, Payroll, IT, and Benefits in policy and procedure enforcement and guidance

• Conducted full cycle pre-employment checks for new applicants in the Southeast region including background checks, drug screens, reference checks, as well as clearing of any discrepancies to maintain HR compliance • Assisted in the set-up of new clients by requesting D&B’s, formulating new client checklists, and obtaining signed legal agreements from client contacts • Reconciled miscellaneous data between internal database and Salesforce and generated various reports to aid upper-level management in business decisions• Coordinated events for company meetings including all-hands meetings, holiday functions, social events, and candidate breakfast meetings• Served as liaison between local office and building management

• Managed all new resumes and candidate referrals for the Southeast region and performed screen calls to determine applicant’s interest in company model • Sourced resumes using Boolean searches in candidate database, job boards, and LinkedIn to fill talent pipeline• Governed database record management including updating client and consultant records, uploading new resumes and referrals, confirming contact information, and ensuring all required fields are populated to improve data integrity in the Southeast region
