Project & Operations Manager
Current-Develop and refine effective workflow processes, scheduling strategies, and communication models for team while communication obstacles and improving opportunities.-Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns and new product launches.-Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints while maintaining high creative standards.-Collaborate with designers, writers, and stakeholders to create compelling content and visual assets that aligned with brand strategy and objectives.-Implement project management tools and methodologies (Asana) to streamline workflows and enhance team collaboration. -Conduct regular project reviews and feedback sessions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and creativity within the team.-Develop and maintain project documentation, including creative briefs, timelines, and status reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.-Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors and freelancers, optimizing resource allocation and cost efficiency.
