As a hands-on and influential owner, I oversaw all business details from scheduling, inventory, ordering, sales, vendor management, staff hiring and firing, health benefits, social media and email messaging, and more. This included generating weekly, monthly, and annual reports. Most of all, I built a strong reputation as an effective business owner and sales person among staff, customers, business partners, and community members.
