My name is Haley Doman and I'm 28 years old. I'm currently an emergency room technician at Marshall Medical Center. I started at Marshall Medical in Environmental Services and fell in love with the emergency room. I made it my mission to get in the emergency room and six months later I got my wish. Now it's my goal to keep moving my way up and become an RN. Helping people in need has really given me a purpose in life and I'm constantly trying to learn and expand my knowledge in the field I'm working in. I'm certified in BLS and currently working on getting my EMT certification and my phlebotomy license. Before finding my passion in the medical field, I have worked retail and customer service jobs for over ten years. I thrive in fast-paced environments and over the years I have really learned the skills to work in high stress situations. I get such great joy in being a team player and take pride in the fact that my co-workers can rely on me to get the job done. I recently became a mom for the first time to a beautiful baby boy. Becoming a mom has been one of my greatest accomplishments and having him has really inspired me to excel in my career and to push myself to accomplish my goals and dreams. I'm so excited to see what my future holds in the medical field.
