I am a facilitator, a coach, a mama to 3 wild and brilliant tiny humans, and a passionate motivator of people who have a dream to pursue. I have spent nearly two decades investing in the capacity of leaders across the globe, working to support teams in more than 30 organizations in 20+ countries. I pull from a deep understanding of how people learn that is informed by the early years of my career as an educator in Houston, and also from the breadth of cross-cultural experience I was gifted from my years working with organizations all over the globe throughout my graduate studies and tenure as a senior leader at a global network of nonprofits. Through it all, I have found over and over again that the space I am meant to be is where I am investing my time and energy directly into supporting the growth and development of leaders who are committed to make a positive difference in the world. As of 2023, after 13 incredible and fulfilling years at SeriousFun Children's Network, I am excited to share that I have joined Proof Leadership Group as an Executive Coach and consultant. This move is one that is close to my heart, as it allows me the opportunity to do what I am most passionate about - invest in the growth of leaders who are seeking to make a positive change in the world, and help make their organizations better places to work. The purposefully designed programs foster independence, resilience, and personal growth, helping children to see beyond the limits of their medical conditions and experience all that life has to offer. In 2016, the Network served more than 132,000 children and family members worldwide. -

Field Researcher / InternRabbis For Human Rights Jan 2009 - Mar 2009Three month internship based in East Jerusalem, where I investigated human rights abuses in the West Bank and worked with Palestinians and Israeli community leaders on peace-building initiatives, documented house demolitions in East Jerusalem and conducted interviews with Palestinian residents, co-wrote and submitted successful €100,000 grant application to European Union to supplement legal department, and initiated social networking campaign for the organization.
