My focus in the recently formed Division of Career Education is employer relations. The merger between the Career Development Center and Office of Professional Practice and Experiential Learning (ProPEL) creates an unprecedented focus on career education from the time a student is matriculated to post-graduation. I am working alongside an executive team of Deans, Provosts, faculty and staff to create a new vision for the University as well as a new standard for academia around the globe.Within the Employer Relations realm, I develop strategies to expand engagement of current relationships and cultivate new ones with campus recruiting partners aligned with peer schools. I conceptualize opportunities to connect students with employer partners through experiential learning opportunities and networking events. In addition, I oversee and coordinate our recruiting/career fair programs for students and employers which include governing policies, securing sponsorship, and the attainment of metrics for increased activity and engagement. I look forward to contributing to the University of Cincinnati's THIRD CENTURY!

As the Director of Membership, my main focus is obtaining and retaining members in the Greater Cincinnati area by creating value in their membership. I love doing this by listening to their needs and creating solutions to problems they may not realize they have. I keep busy by giving personal attention to each of our 30 practice and professional committees to plan, organize and execute meetings, socials and training seminars for roughly 4,000 CBA members. I get to think strategically and creatively when creating marketing campaigns to attract and retain professionals in the legal field. Below are additional responsibilities of my role at the Cincinnati Bar Association:Strategic Planning Committee: Asked to lead and present on the overall success rate of committees to reach a broader audience and make the Cincinnati Bar Association more relevant to all members. Surpassed goal of 80% “highly functioning committees” as defined by the Board of Directors.
