Business Partner to our East Division. Led a team of HR managers to recruit, develop, and assess current and future organization leaders. This role allowed me to combine my passion for talent development with the more traditional HR responsibilities. I collaborated with operators on employee relations issues and worked to solve those issues with solutions that were fair and beneficial to the business. I enjoy working with operators to make their jobs easier by improving the strength of their teams. I love to break the stereotype of HR being "no fun" or even a "human roadblock". My goal is to make team members more engaged in their jobs which in turn will lead to better service for customers which leads to better and improved business.

I led a team of Learning Consultants to develop the skills and knowledge of field operators to be more profitable and to be better leaders. I was able to do this through creating development plans for those identified as high potential individuals as well as leaders who were struggling in his/her role. I spearheaded our Corporate University which had approximately 250 participants each year. During this week, these leaders increased their soft skills as well as hard skills.
