I work in the communities of Houston and surrounding cities, bringing social justice issues to the public's attention. I collaborate with coalitions, build relationships, and bring the community voice to light. I partner with fellow organizers and advocates within Public Citizen and our partner organizations to bring social and environmental justice to the people of Texas.

I interfaced with account managers, clients, and leadership throughout the course of key projects and consignments. Throughout the project, I assisted all team members in the posting of catalogs, marketing, and report generation after completion. I maintained regular communication with clients, informing them and the internal team of progress and finding solutions to any challenges that arise. In addition to my client-facing role, I also worked with the internal team to build streamlined processes, find efficiencies, and drive revenue.

I collaborated with clients to maximize their return on postings made through the Liquidity Services marketplaces. While providing clients instruction and guidance on our asset management tools, I also made myself available for added support, as needed. I made on-site and in-field services available to my clients, including the documentation of surplus assets for sale. I also monitored client's auctions to ensure listings were accurate and contained valuable identifiers for a successful sale.

In my role as Sr. Inventory Data Analyst, I processed and organized consignment material for auction postings on the Data Management Team. I provided data analysis on Operations reports and metrics, while looking for efficiency in day-to-day processes. Extensive product knowledge and Excel manipulation are used to categorize and group consignor material for Liquidity Services auctions. I reviewed U1A, P&ID, and various technical documents to better inform marketplace buyers of assets for sale and build superior postings. I performed daily reconciliations of consignor inventory and data to provide accurate reports to leadership and clients.

As the Data Quality Specialist, I served the Field Services team in Operations. I primarily entered incoming product data and information into standardized templates, but I also provided key metrics back to management. I tracked metrics for field service turnaround and completion, while identifying areas for improvement. I assisted in updating the company's account with ISN, tracking HSE data and logs for field service-related jobs. As the primary contact and keeper of the company's file-sharing program, I provided assistance and guidance in its usage to other employees and teams.

As a Senior Logistical Analyst, my primary responsibility was to schedule risk management audits while providing the best client experience on a daily basis. Whether I was working with external clients, our internal risk audit teams or LRQA management, I was able to provide the utmost care and support to all channels.While serving as liaison across internal and external channels, I also served as account manager for several of my larger clients. This role allowed me to manage different aspects of my clients' business, from logistics, invoicing, or coordination. I was continually trained on the specialized standards and the requirements our clients must meet. With this knowledge, I was able to consistently provide feedback to general client and field assessor inquiries.On a daily basis, I planned assessments efficiently and resourcefully under time constraints. My problem-solving skills were continually being sharpened, as my role persistently challenged me and allowed my experience to grow.

Worked primarily with Marketing and Development departments to reach out to patrons. Retained donor portfolios, assisted in networking events and acted as SPOC to encourage patrons with participation level. Assisted patrons with the purchase of subscriptions or single tickets and updated individual patron profiles on a daily basis. Worked with management on several special projects, including positive outreach to new and existing donors. Attended Development and Marketing events to provide a personal contact with individual patrons.

Created and managed relationships with local art and music organizations, such as the Houston Symphony, Society of Performing Arts, Greensheet and Texas Medical Center Orchestra. Completely created and updated the Festival's first social media pages which encouraged growth and participation. Arranged and communicated group sales to box office. Organized community outreach opportunities with musicians and served as ambassador to the Festival while at such events. Set up and implemented marketing plans, strategies and event coordinating throughout festival. Acquired extensive experience in Microsoft Office applications.
