Assisted districts in the Southwest Washington area with human resource and payroll questions. Provided support in Qmlativ and Skyward systems via phone, email, Zoom, and in person. Trained district staff as needed.

Managed caseload of 75 students and ensured success in Open Doors Program and WIOA OSY. Monitored academic progress and attendance. Corresponded with consortium districts regarding student progress, student needs, and program updates. Provided academic and career guidance. Co-Enrolled young adults into WIOA programming to maximize support offered.
