Served as hospital-wide Venous Thromboembolism (VTE) nurse co-leader and implemented VTE prevention clinical pathway, while supporting unit-based representatives in improving adherence to standard prevention practices. • FY16: Collaborated with multidisciplinary team to facilitate 40% reduction in PIV infiltrates with harm, 56% reduction in central line-associated bloodstream infections despite 13% increase in line days, 36% reduction in nosocomial viral infections despite 5% increase in patient days.
