• Simultaneously worked on four projects throughout the summer including an investment sales deal, a development project, an office building repositioning, and an industrial portfolio. • Created and presented a project to the entire firm on ecommerce and the impact on industrial real estate.

Collaborate with sales and solutions teams daily in order to provide financial support for shaping, structuring, costing, and pricing large ($25M+) outsourcing and consulting deals. Responsible for implementing unique commercial structures for each opportunity in order to maximize value for both Accenture and its clients while ensuring revenue recognition is US GAAP compliant. Create, analyze, and present financial output files to senior individuals regarding detailed information on each prospective deal. Requires advanced knowledge of financial modeling, pricing, costing, currency risk, inflation, budgeting, and accounting.

One of three employees working on the English magazine. Researched businesses, both Chinese and Western, to develop story and content ideas, considering reader appeal. Rewrote and edited copy to improve readability. Aided in translating and explanation of stories to convey information effectively.

One of two interns for the summer. Heard testimony from constituents, representatives of interest groups, and others with an interest in bills or issues under consideration. Required to understand the local and national implications of proposed legislation and keep abreast on the issues affecting constituents by making phone calls, reading local newspapers, and viewing or listening to local broadcasts.
