Director, Albright Entrepreneurs Village

- Manage a growing living and learning community dedicated to student entrepreneurs at NC State.- Develop, implement and evaluate student success initiatives and Village mission-specific programs with special emphasis on offering high impact activities such as student research projects, a professional mentorship program, trips, group project work, and service and experiential learning opportunities that foster creativity and critical thinking.- Create, coordinate and lead academic and non-academic programs for Albright Entrepreneurs Village (AEV) residents – including two sections of EI 100, networking events, a mentor program, social activities, local startup tours, learning communities and support instruction of other coursework across the division.- Manage, measure and assess ongoing student recruitment, retention and academic outcomes - Represent the program through the NC State Entrepreneurship Alliance, Division of Academic and Student Affairs and various university partner organizations- Manage a strategic plan for continuous improvement through a cultivation of resources, partnerships and communication strategies- Coordinate all functions for the program's funding, assessment, employment and marketing operations.
