• Support baseline/start-up and re-baseline of a major international development contract with external reporting requirements worth over $2.4B.
• Track and review actual program cost and performance, coordinate cost and schedule variance analysis, and oversee Earned Value (EV) management as lead Program Management Office finance partner.
• Analyze, prepare, and lead monthly Program Management reviews presented to senior Finance leadership.
• Prepare monthly close process including cost and schedule variance stoplight reports and customer reporting deliverables.
• Support and prepare quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) to be delivered to the customer and leveraged for accuracy when forecasting program profit margins.

• Track and maintain reporting on headcount, direct expenses and key operational metrics
• Work cross -functionally with Legal, G&A Federal, Corporate Development and Internal audit functions as the Finance liaison helping drive budgeting and operational decisions in line with Forcepoint’s company-wide goals.
• Support 2019 AOP process for dedicated functional teams through multi-step complex process to align to Operating Expense commitment.
• Independently responsible for the $80m Benefits forecast and budget for the entire Forcepoint organization through complex excel modeling.
• Roll up and lead the Month end close process and file by collecting cost actuals to compare to forecast, identify and communicate drivers while presenting to stakeholders, and aligning to the EWR communicated to.

• Rotation 1: Proposal Analyst, Estimating and Pricing, Mission Systems and Sensors (MSS) Integrated Defense Systems (IDS)
• Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Statement of Work (SOW) specifications and compliant with Federal Acquisition.
• Collect pricing data/proposals from IPT’s/IOT’s to analyze their positions, ensure pricing instructions were followed, and give direction
• Prepare and present internal (Gate 4) IDS management reviews up to Director Level in accordance with the proposal schedule
• Support DCAA/DCMA audit requests and customer requests during fact finding and negotiations
• Submit $60m Qatar ADOC proposal as pricing lead within first 6 months of the rotation
