• Manage post-sales ad delivery and program operations, including ad trafficking and campaign optimization for direct sold media campaigns.• Develop performance reports and troubleshoot campaign issues, collaborating with third-party vendors when needed. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and making recommendations for campaign improvement. • Offer internal suggestions to the product team based on client feedback. • Lead campaign kick-off and check-in calls to establish details and metrics. • Collaborate on RFPs by advising sellers and reviewing campaign proposals. • Approve brands and assets for Mozilla surfaces, ensuring adherence to content guidelines.

• Manage and optimize digital campaigns covering programmatic buying, display media, video, email and social • Help identify target audiences and ensure ads and creative are displayed correctly and exceeding KPIs• Analyze opportunities within on-going campaigns to perform optimizations and ensure full delivery of campaigns• Collaborate cross-functionally between sales and operations to identify the client’s needs in order to provide them with a solution that includes multiple channels across our digital product suite• Traffick all digital campaigns in various DSPs including but not limited to The Trade Desk, SimpliFi, Site Impact, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn and Google Display Network.

• Communicate regularly with internal/external parties to review and optimize clients’ plans• Support sales productivity through superior campaign management and client service• Ensure all work is on strategy and on time • Facilitate the creation and coordinate delivery of the necessary components for print and digital advertising products, as well as ensure accuracy in layout/design, mechanical requirements, and specifications• Review creative to ensure both accuracy and reflection of the client’s strategy and objectives• Demonstrate increasing knowledge of the clients’ business and campaign goals

• Build and upkeep e-commerce site for optimal conversions • Produce social media and website content utilizing Canva to increase engagement and sales• Implement and manage paid digital ads from start to finish while verifying all goals were met• Update inventory weekly on Shopify paying attention to e-commerce trends and past sales to generate revenue• Create and execute content calendar to produce successful KPIs
