Designed and printed digital newsletters, ads, collateral, and artwork for more than 17 resorts and corporate. Redesigned several websites from scratch using Bootstrap framework on ASP.NET platform. Maintained/updated over 20 other resort and co-branded websites.

Capably managed, trained & recruited a large volume call center department with 15-17 employees, documented and resolved customer complaints resulting in many happy customers, and conducted weekly department meetings and performance reviews for all customer service employees. Provided quality assurance training to staff and increased quality of phone professionalism. Created and sent mailers to customers for special circumstances and events. Mastered unique software used for timeshare reservation management and exchange (TimeShareWare and Condo Exchange). Developed a virtual training program for processing inbound calls when the call center moved to Florida.

Provided all mailroom services including use of Hasler machine, FedEx and UPS systems.
