Haley Griffith, M.Ed. CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist with Small Talk Speech Therapy in West Hartford, CT. She provides neurodiversity-affirming therapy to children experiencing a variety of communication disorders and delays, including articulation disorders, phonological disorders, language disorders, ASD, preschool and school-aged stuttering, and AAC device use. She has experience collaborating with a variety of professionals including physical therapists, occupational therapists, other SLPs, Spanish interpreters, behavioral specialists, music therapists, teachers, and special education staff. She also provides education to parents, caregivers, and other professionals to encourage at-home carryover of goal areas.In 2022, she graduated from the University of Virginia with an M.Ed. in Communication Sciences and Disorders (Speech-Language Pathology). She graduated Cum Laude from James Madison University in 2020 with a B.S. in Communications Sciences and Disorders and a B.M. in Vocal Music Performance.Haley also works as a pianist for voice students and choral/theatrical groups; as a singer and/or pianist for bars/restaurants, church services, wedding ceremonies/receptions, and other events; and as a music director/coach for singers and theatre groups.When not working or performing, Haley enjoys hiking, taking care of her houseplants, exploring local restaurants/breweries, and supporting community theatre and music organizations.
