In this role I demonstrate skills by coaching proper footwork and technique of passing, setting and hitting for teams of 10 girls, ages 17 and under. I am able to utilize my attention to detail while recording statistics of the girls at tournaments and I communicate well with the parents, coaches, and players. I am able to stay organized and manage my time well with this job while also being in the College of Business.

With my desk being right off of the elevator, I greet and welcome anyone who comes onto my floor. I assist the football staff with anything that they need help with. My tasks can range from addressing envelopes that need to be sent out to recruits, typing up documents, making board tags, answering the phone, running messages and mail to other floors, binding play books, and updating any new golden cat member payments. I am there to be ready to assist with anything that makes the lives of the full time staff easier.

Working at Oxbow Country Club was a great experience and opportunity. I was able to build relationships with other workers as well as the members throughout my time at Oxbow. I became proficient in Canva throughout this role, by making flyers, event invitations, and informative posters throughout the summer. I lead tours of the facility to potential members to sell memberships. I sat in on weekly staff meetings and enhanced my communication skills. I observed how a food and beverage restaurant is ran. I assisted in the execution of member events such as golf tournaments, pool parties, and kids' nights. I consistently communicated with members to keep them in the loop with events and information at the club.
