I transitioned to the Covid-19 contact tracing team in November of 2020. I would contact employees and determine their level of exposure, and follow company protocols surrounding leave of absence, quarantining, etc. I have since left working with this team full time, but I still assist when they need extra help.

I rejoined the SmileHire team for the summer season as a Team Lead, supervising 6 interns as they learned how to be successful recruiters, hiring thousands of photographers across the United States. I also personally oversaw the hiring efforts for 11+ offices across the country. I sourced candidates from sites like Indeed, then conducted the phone screen with each candidate. Once I determined that they met the requirement for the role, I would schedule interviews for the candidates with the respecting hiring manager for their office utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Google Calendar.

I worked as a sales associate at Athleta, a fitness and lifestyle clothing brand. I assisted customers in all areas of the store, including floor, the dressing room, and cash wrap. I also worked in back of house, sorting boxes of new shipment, organizing the merchandise. I also worked floor sets, unboxing new product, organizing it, and following merchandising plans.
