I most recently led the post-sales strategy and operations for Airtable, a low-code software tool that empowers enterprise teams regardless of skill to create custom apps for critical workflows.I have a unique blend of strategic thinking and operational grit, honed by my experience at Bain and building customer success functions from the ground up for SaaS businesses.
