I worked as an organizer in training through the 32BJ New Organizer Training Program. My work on the residential campaign included surveying workers, organizing new buildings, and leading workers through all steps of the unionization process.

As an organizing intern, I conducted outreach using an online-to-offline model and worked with members on leadership development. In addition to organizing, I co-managed social media outreach and offered logistics support for our campaign.

I collaborated with the Chief Programs Officer to streamline administrative support, integrated systems across departments, created and managed a master workflow calendar for the division, and ensured rapid and thorough response to public inquiries for the programs division via phone and email.

StoryCorps' Custom Services department is the fee-for-service arm of the organization, working to partner with other non-profit and community centered organizations on mission driven recording projects. As an intern for StoryCorps' Education Department, I provided weekly reporting on student and teacher feedback, reports from the program's CRM software, and fielded email inquiries from potential partner schools and interested educators. I created and maintained a comprehensive program feedback document comprised of teacher and student feedback. The document saw ongoing departmental use throughout several semesters, and was used as a base by subsequent interns.
