As an intern for StoryCorps' Education Department, I provided weekly reporting on student and teacher feedback, reports from the program's CRM software, and fielded email inquiries from potential partner schools and interested educators. I created and maintained a comprehensive program feedback document comprised of teacher and student feedback. The document saw ongoing departmental use throughout several semesters, and was used as a base by subsequent interns.
