I have extensive experience working with eating disorders in the RTC, PHP, and IOP levels of care. Currently, I am the Registered Dietitian at Center for Discovery’s RTC program in Del Mar, CA. I am passionate about providing care to the eating disorder population and supporting patients in pursuing a life that is both physically and mentally healthy. I believe it is essential to help patients identify and work through the root cause of their eating disorder that they are using behaviors to cope with and strive to provide compassionate and individualized care, meeting patients where they are at in their journey. I utilize a non-diet, trauma-informed, and HAES-aligned approach during throughout this process, while acknowledging that each person is the expert of their own body.At the end of the day, my goal is to create a safe space to help patients navigate the intersecting elements of physical and mental health, so they can ultimately heal their relationship with food and their bodies.
