Haley Rogers Gabbard is a project management and sustainability expert based in the Triangle area of North Carolina. She is proud to help high performing teams design and construct medical facilities and manufacturing mega projects across the country using the Lean methodology. Haley helped launch the Front Range Waste Diversion grant program, supporting an engaged Board of Directors in devising and executing strategies to meet state recycling goals for the Front Range. She also previously executed contracts and procurement for Denver Parks & Recreation and Colorado Parks & Wildlife. Haley earned her master's in environmental science and policy in 2011 from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. She later stepped up to run the city's composting program for "New York's Strongest," the Department of Sanitation. Haley is responsible for launching curbside collection of food scraps and yard debris for hundreds of thousands of residents across the city. She has years of experience in project management, public education, and customer oriented service.
