The Graphic Design team is responsible for creating and setting up print and digital materials for all State departments. Below is a brief description of job responsibilities:• Produce creative and effective designs for various print materials: brochures, annual reports, posters, training manuals, conference agendas, event invitations, postcards, calendars, coloring books, custom illustrations, etc.• Prioritize incoming prepress jobs with quick deadlines and correctly set up files for printing using PitStop Pro. Manage design project timelines and collaborate closely with clients to ensure the desired end product.• Marketing Committee: Discuss and develop new ways to bring in customers and generate leads for new projects. Design email campaigns in Mailchimp and capture/analyze monthly analytics.• Spirit Team: Create materials and plan events for Document Solutions employees to promote connection and a fun atmosphere. Ex: Annual Pet Photo contest, Halloween costume contest, Holiday parties, Thankful Station, birthday celebrations, etc.

At Change3 Enterprises I was responsible for the creation of a variety of digital assets. My main responsibilities were to:• Refresh client websites, graphics, and imagery. Collaborate and present instructions to the Change3 web team in the Bangladesh and Portugal locations to ensure correct implementation. Applications like Skype for Business and Yammer were used for main communications. • Design templates for monthly client email newsletters and modify layouts for Korean and Japanese versions.• Create compelling, on-brand infographics for client websites. Work closely with the Change3 web team to ensure all graphics are designed with mobile responsiveness in mind.• Refresh existing logo designs for clients and illustrate logos for businesses in the Scottsdale area. • Create engaging graphics for clients’ social media accounts.
