As a Warranty Manager at David Weekley Homes, I ensure that our customers receive the highest quality of service and satisfaction after their home purchase. I have been in this role since November 2023. I leverage my skills in diverse software programs, Leadership, and Customer Service to manage warranty claims, coordinate repairs, and communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and vendors.Before joining David Weekley Homes, I was a firefighter for more than four years, serving the communities of Boerne, Texas, and Lexington, Kentucky. I obtained several fire service certifications, including NREMT-B, Crisis Negotiation/Management, ACLS, PALS, AMLS, TCCC, etc. I gained valuable experience in emergency response, teamwork, and problem-solving. I also have a BS degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Eastern Kentucky University, where I was a student-athlete and learned the importance of time management, integrity, and passion. My diverse background and education have prepared me to take on any new challenge and opportunity that comes my way.
